Registered Massage Therapy
Justine Baskey BA, RMT
Aliesha Enwright, RMT
Justine is a graduate of the massage therapy program At Georgian College here in Barrie. She began her career at Scandinavian spa but made her switch to multidisciplinary clinic work after having her son. She uses a combination of different modalities: Swedish massage technique, cupping massage, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, fascial stretch therapy, and remedial exercise. She tailors each treatment to the needs of her clients, basing pressure and focus on the clients specific needs.
Justine has worked with a variety of different clients of all ages (10 to 80 years old). She has worked with hockey players, powerlifters, bodybuilders, people stuck at computers for hours a day, and those who maintain highly active lifestyles. Clients who have had surgeries, concussions, minor strains or sprains, and a plethora of other ailments have entrusted her as one of their rehabilitation team.
As a life long learner, Justine is often taking new courses. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University, she is formerly a teacher and left teaching to pursue massage. She graduated with Honours from the massage therapy program at Georgian College and is extremely passionate about her career.
In 2015 Justine herniated a disc during an unfortunate weight lifting accident and used to experience chronic pain. Due in part to her own injuries, she also understands that appropriate care and consistency with remedial exercise is required to live a pain free and balanced life despite injury.
She herself is an active individual; playing fast-pitch softball for the past 26 years; weight lifting; taking yoga classes; and spending any time outside she can with her son and dog. She is committed to helping her clients live the best quality of life they can.
Hi, I’m Aliesha! I’m a Registered Massage Therapist who believes massage is about so much more than treating sore muscles—it’s about helping people slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and leave feeling lighter than when they arrived.
I graduated from Georgian College in 2021 and have had the opportunity to practice in both Ontario and Alberta, working with clients from all walks of life. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, managing stress, or simply looking to relax, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
Outside of the treatment room, I’m someone who loves staying active and spending time in nature. You’ll often find me at the gym, hiking a trail, swimming, playing volleyball, or exploring new places outdoors. I also love cooking, reading, and unwinding with fantasy novels or anime.
I’ve always been fascinated by astrology, spirituality, and personal growth. While my treatments are grounded in evidence-based massage therapy, I also appreciate the importance of balance, mindfulness, and the connection between physical and emotional well-being. I believe that caring for ourselves goes beyond the body alone.
Friends and clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, easy to talk to, and down-to-earth. I understand that every person who walks through the door has a different story, which is why I tailor each treatment to your individual needs and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Whether you’re coming in for pain relief, recovery, stress management, or simply an hour to recharge, I’m looking forward to helping you feel your best.
