How much does Physiotherapy at ADAPT cost?

At ADAPT physio fee’s are as follows:

Brandon Arbour MPT
Initial Assessment (1 hour) - 170$, Follow-up (30 minutes) - 90$,
Follow-up (1 hour) - 170$

Anna Markell DPT
Initial Assessment (1 hour) - 160$, Follow-up (30 minutes) - 80$,
Follow-up (1 hour) - 160$.

Joanne Kennedy-Dew RMT
30 Minute Massage - 75$, 45 Minute Massage - 95$,
60 Minute Massage - 115$, 75 Minute Massage - 135$,
90 Minute Massage - 155$
*All Massage prices include HST.

Accepted methods of payment are credit card, Interac/debit, electronic transfer and cash. You will always receive a receipt following payment of the session fees, that can be submitted to your insurance company as appropriate.

Most Initial Assessments require a 60 minute session to be comprehensive, for Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.

How do I book an appointment?

At ADAPT Physiotherapy all booking is done online through our online booking system Jane. To book a session please click on any “Book an Appointment” button and select the time from your therapists schedule that works for you. You will be prompted to create an account as you book. Please do this as it is what we use not only for booking, but for payment and invoicing as well. Jane will send you appointment reminders and receipts, and will never send spam or junk emails.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring appropriate clothing for Physiotherapy. This is generally athletic shorts and a tank top/t-shirt. Any and all concerns regarding clothing and exposure are taken into account and will be discussed during your session. You can also bring any health records you think are related to your injury including, medications, images (x-ray/MRI reports), blood tests or workout programs.

How has the COVID-19 Pandemic affected Physiotherapy?

We are fully functional and only ask that if you are sick, please don’t come share that with us at the clinic! If you have any ongoing concerns around Covid-19, please contact us.

Where are you located?

Adapt Physiotherapy is located at Unit 307 - 121 Wellington St W. Barrie, Ontario.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

The cancellation policy at Adapt is quite flexible. You can cancel or re-schedule your appointment online free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your specific appointment time.
That being said, our schedule is busy at Adapt, so if you miss your appointment or cancel late, it means someone else is not getting that spot, and it can be a challenge to fill last minute openings.
As of January 1, 2023, there will be a 40$ fee for cancellations inside of the 24 hour window and a no-show for an appointment will be charged the full price of the appointment.
There is no charge for missing an appointment if you are sick, but we do need you to let us know as soon as you are able if this is the case. No-show’s even if you are sick will be charged the full price of the appointment.
